產品說明： Introduction YYL(YYW)係列有機熱載體爐為快裝式強製循環燃油（氣）鍋爐。本係列鍋爐本體受熱麵結構緊湊，受熱麵由內、中、外（或內、外）密排的圓盤管構成 ；內盤管為輻射受熱麵，中、外wai盤pan管guan與yu內nei盤pan管guan的de外wai表biao麵mian構gou成cheng對dui流liu受shou熱re麵mian。燃ran料liao在zai內nei盤pan管guan組zu成cheng的de燃ran燒shao室shi內nei燃ran燒shao放fang熱re，經jing輻fu射she受shou熱re麵mian吸xi收shou大da部bu分fen熱re量liang後hou ，高gao溫wen煙yan氣qi進jin入ru對dui流liu受shou熱re麵mian進jin行xing換huan熱re，出chu鍋guo爐lu後hou在zai空kong氣qi預yu熱re器qi中zhong加jia熱re鍋guo爐lu燃ran燒shao所suo需xu的de空kong氣qi，再zai經jing除chu塵chen器qi由you引yin風feng機ji將jiang煙yan氣qi送song至zhi煙yan囪cong排pai入ru大da氣qi 安裝極其方便靈活 ，隻要將鍋爐就位於其基礎上即可。 受熱麵采用密排圓盤管，受熱麵布置充足，降低管子表麵熱負荷，是導熱油使用更安全。 爐膛尺寸與燃燒火焰相匹配，采用了正壓燃燒，輻射換熱效率高。 鍋爐結構緊湊，大大節約了鍋爐房的占地麵積。 大型鍋爐尾部設置空氣預熱器 ，提高鍋爐效率。 YYL(YYW)organic heat-medium boiler is snap-type forced circulation oil gas-fired boiler.The compact heating area comprises of inner,minddle and outer or inner and outer closely-aligned round coils.Inner coils are the radiation heating area and middle and outer coils serve the convection heating area with external surface of inner coil.Fuel fires and generates the heat in the conbection chamber of inner coils.Most heat is absorbed by the radiation heating area and residue hot fume flows in the convection heating area for heat exchange.Finally low-temperature fume exhausts outside with chimney via the fume outlet of boiler. Extremely flecible and simple installation.Just place the boiler on the foundation. Heating area is the closely-aligned round coils.Heating area is arranged sufficiently to reduce the surface heat load of pipe and handle the heat transfer oil safely. Size of hearth matches the combustion flame.Use the barotropic combustion to increase the radiation heating efficiency. Compact boiler saves the space of boiler room greatly.
